The Canopy platform supports seamless integration with PLCs and industrial automation networks. Data integration is fast and user-friendly, requiring only a few clicks via the Canopy Web Portal. Our system is compatible with common platforms such as Allen-Bradley, and easily connects to a wide range of other industrial systems.

Edge Computing

Each camera is equipped with an onboard GPU, enabling real-time AI processing directly at the edge. This reduces latency and bandwidth demands while ensuring the AI model accesses the highest-quality raw image data. With no need for expensive networking equipment or on-site GPU clusters, edge processing allows you to scale efficiently.

Flexible Networking

Because AI processing happens on the device, each camera can operate independently or as part of a cluster connected to a central gateway. The platform supports deployment within complex enterprise networks and can function entirely on isolated or restricted networks, making it adaptable to nearly any infrastructure.

Real-Time Alerts

Our system delivers real-time alerts triggered by camera-detected events. Alerts can be sent directly to your PLC or another destination, while also appearing in the Canopy Web Portal. Users can annotate alerts with names and comments, and each camera can activate external peripherals—such as sirens or lights—immediately upon detection.

Easy Model Deployment

Once installed, the camera begins capturing relevant images for model training. In many cases, a trained model can be deployed within 10 days of installation. Our platform supports ongoing model refinement, allowing for easy updates and retraining as new data is collected.
